We look holistically at the shopper experience; from inspiration and discovery to conversion and loyalty.

No pigeons. No holes.

Because every project and every client is unique, we wear different hats for different people. But never think what we do is all we can do.

Aaptable. And flexible. Think of us as your problem solvers, your go-to get-done'ers.

So how can Thunk Studio slot in with your team?

We work ad-hoc or on a retained basis tailored for your needs. We can help as much, or as little as needed. Just take a look at some recent projects and you'll understand the scope of our capabilities: shopper journey mapping (research and ideation), shop-in-shop and retail space design, retail activation (planning, messaging, content), POS display (design and production), shoppable AR (multi-language, tailored for each retailer), digital-in-store activations (QR codes, landing pages, digital signage), branding (workshops, visual identity, guidelines), strategy (research, positioning, value propositions, go-to-market), events and exhibitions, design for print, digital (strategy and content), design sprints, talks, and guest posts.

If your project seems outside the norm, it might be time for some think x punk.

We design for humans

It's oh-so easy to just call it marketing. But it's much more than that to us.

Every brand interaction is part of your CX. We're passionate about that. Like that first time they discover you on Pinterest, the pop-up encounter in the mall, the promo they clicked in your email, the must tell my friends or what shall I buy next? moment. It's an infinite loop.

And when we speak in wants, needs and pain points instead of functions and features, it just feels a little more human, right?

So let's toss aside the notion of specifications, media formats and touchpoints for a second. Let's build your project around stories, moments and encounters.

It's part of our think x punk ethos.

We design for the planet

A considerable amount of a product's environmental impact is influenced during the design process. The same can be said about events and marketing activations.

We approach each project with a conscientious mindset; considering where materials are sourced, how they are transported, and how they can be reused, re-purposed or recycled at the end of their lifecycle. To say it's a passion: we've led design talks, we write about, and have consulted for global brands on the subject.

The environmental impact of our projects are minimised through practises such as digital prototyping with 3D and AR, material specification and testing, local production, and design for re-use. Like what you're hearing? Let's talk.
